Corrective PhysEd assessment and training

Musculoskeletal imbalance leads to pain, injury, and disease. Corrective PhysEd is a physical education program which corrects musculoskeletal imbalances.

The basic Corrective PhysEd program consists of two parts:

  1. Assessment of your unique musculoskeletal imbalances.
  2. Training of targeted exercises you can perform to correct those imbalances.
